Please note: This schedule is a general guideline we follow for puppy care. Exact treatments may vary by breeder or puppy. A specific, up-to-date health record will be provided at time of purchase.

Day 1: Puppy is born. Monitoring begins with close attention to nursing, warmth, and weight gain.

Day 10: Deworming with Pyrantel Pamoate for roundworms and hookworms.

Day 20: Second round of Pyrantel Pamoate deworming.

Day 21: Puppy is ready for Name ID or Microchip. Initial photo set is taken.

Day 25: Optional Bordetella/Vanguard B to prevent kennel cough.

Day 30: Deworming with Fenbendazole, Safe-Guard, or Panacur C.

Day 33: 2-way Parvo/Distemper vaccine (Nobivac PuppyDP).

Day 36: Repeat Pyrantel Pamoate deworming.

6 Weeks: Updated photos and video.

Day 42: 5-day Albon treatment for Coccidiosis.

Day 48: 5-way combo vaccine.

Day 49: Multi-Point Veterinary Health Exam.

Day 50: Deworm again with Pyrantel Pamoate.

8 Weeks: Puppy ready for adoption.

Continued Protocol Until Adoption

Day 56: Apply topical flea/tick treatment.

Day 63: 6-way vaccine booster.

Day 70: Final Pyrantel Pamoate deworming.

10 Weeks: Final photo/video update.

Day 77: Flea/tick treatment again.

Day 84: 6-way vaccine with Leptospirosis.

Day 91: Final deworming dose.

4 Months: Rabies vaccine (may vary by location).

Ongoing Care Recommendations

Monthly: Heartworm preventive (e.g., HeartGuard Plus).
Quarterly: Deworming with Pyrantel Pamoate or similar.
Monthly: Flea/tick topical treatment.
